Entropy

When we bought the house, I knew the shed
on it was dilapidated. Entropy has not
worked in its favor since then. Our new
homeowner's insurance company gave us an
ultimatum to either fix the shed or
destroy it. I chose to fix it.

Here's what we started with.

We had to put all new sub-fascia,
fascia, drip edge, and soffit. I
had also made the mistake of walking
on the roof. We had to replace some
of it too. The siding I was able to
nail back in place where some had come
loose. It was quite a project. But
fixed and painted, it looks pretty
good. Although, I can't pick paint
colors. The first wall paint I got
came out purple rather than brown.
The next one was better, but not the
tannish brown I really would have liked.

It looks great--though I think a purple shed would have been kind of cute.
