Serendipity

Was headed down Wickham Road to
WalMart tonight and suddenly flashing
lights came on behind me. I pulled into
the closest parking lot. The cop came
up and said, "I pulled you over because
your headlight is out."

I said, "Good, I'll just go in and buy a new one."
(I'd pulled into an Auto Zone store.)

He said, "Okay, I'll let you off then."

Whew.
